About TEDxYouth@Ross

TEDxYouth@Ross is a free local event that inspires kids to connect, discuss, perform, and create. We want to provide a youth-focused space for innovation, sharing, and discovery right here in our own backyard.

Like other TEDx events, TEDxYouth@Ross is a series of short, carefully prepared talks, demonstrations and performances that are about ideas worth spreading. Topics cover a wide range of subjects to kick start our learning, inspiration and sense of wonder—as well as start conversations that matter.

Our event is organized by youth volunteers from our local Ross community, led by local parent Kristine Ashe, who is the official TEDx license holder. Like all TED events, TEDxYouth@Ross lacks any commercial, religious or political agenda. Our goal is simply to spark conversation, connection and creativity.
